Who are RS Glass and Jingbo Glass?
RS Glass (Ruisheng Glass) and Jingbo Glass are our factories serving different glass quality requirements and product series. Our manufacturing base is in Shandong, with a business office in Tianjin. We work with distilleries, spirits brands, importers and packaging distributors.
Which factory and series should I choose?
We recommend a factory and series after reviewing your glass clarity, target weight, shape, decoration, quantity and budget. The quotation and approved sample identify the specification for your project.
Why do bottles of the same capacity have different prices?
Capacity alone does not determine price. In our quotation work, weight is an important starting point; glass appearance, shape, tooling, decoration, closures and packing also affect cost. Compare equivalent specifications. Read our 750ml bottle price and heavy-base guide.
How can I request and verify a bottle sample?
Request a sample that matches the proposed production specification. Confirm its glass appearance, weight, dimensions, neck finish and decoration. Existing samples may be free where available; custom development, decoration and courier charges are confirmed before dispatch.
How do I verify quality and closure fit?
Approve the bottle drawing, physical sample and intended closure together. Test filling-line compatibility and sealing with your actual product and process. Agree appearance and dimensional acceptance criteria, inspection records and export packing before bulk production.
Is a heavy base proof of quality?
No. A substantial base can support the intended look and hand feel, but quality depends on the approved specification and inspection results. Compare high-clarity glass samples under consistent lighting.
What is the MOQ for spirits glass bottles?
MOQ depends on the selected bottle, factory series, production schedule and decoration. Our existing guidance is 10,000 pieces for an existing mold and 20,000 pieces for a new mold; confirm the current MOQ in the model-specific quotation.
Can a new spirits brand use an existing mold?
Yes, where a suitable design is available. Existing molds can reduce new-tooling expense. An existing mold does not necessarily mean finished bottles are in stock. Ask about availability, trial quantities and repeat-order planning for your model.
Can custom mold costs be refunded?
Ask whether your project qualifies for a volume-based refund or waiver. Qualifying quantities, refund stages and conditions must be agreed in writing.
Can you customize spirits bottles and packaging?
We coordinate spirits bottles, decoration, caps, stoppers, labels and cartons within an agreed one-stop packaging project. Existing designs and custom shapes are available for whiskey, vodka, rum, gin, tequila and brandy, including 700ml and 750ml retail bottles, miniature formats and larger capacities.
Which bottle decoration services can you arrange?
Options include embossed or debossed designs, decal application and firing, screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, color spraying and electroplating or metallized finishes. Confirm the suitable process, artwork and decorated sample for your bottle.
Can I order the bottle, cap, stopper and carton together?
Yes. We coordinate the components included in your quotation, working with supporting suppliers where appropriate. Approve the bottle and closure as a matched set and confirm carton dimensions, protection and packing quantities.

How do I get an accurate quotation?
Send a drawing or reference, capacity, target weight, glass appearance, closure, artwork, quantity, packing requirements, destination port and receiving date. We will recommend the appropriate factory and product series and confirm the sample plan, MOQ and itemized quotation.
How long does production and delivery take?
Our experience-based reference is around 30 days from order confirmation to the agreed container-loading or Qingdao-port dispatch milestone. Confirm the specification, start conditions, decoration and included packing in your order. Overseas transit, destination clearance and delivery are separate.
How quickly can you prepare a custom bottle sample?
Our previous custom-bottle projects used a reference of 8–10 days after receipt of the mold fee for sample preparation. Photos come first, followed by physical samples for approval. Courier transit, buyer approval and revisions are additional; confirm the schedule for your design.
How long does shipping from Qingdao take?
The timing depends on the destination port, service, departure and any connections. Ask for the booked vessel, ETD and ETA. See our production and Qingdao shipping-time guide for carrier-based route examples.
Does ready to ship mean the vessel has departed?
No. Cargo readiness, port handover, actual sailing and arrival are different milestones. Confirm destination cargo release and inland delivery before setting your filling date.
Can you arrange export packing?
We discuss cartons, dividers and pallet requirements with the buyer. Confirm packed dimensions, loading quantity, destination and the agreed trade term before accepting freight costs.
Can I visit the factories?
Yes. Arrange a visit to our Shandong factories to review the workshop and sample room, compare Ruisheng Glass and Jingbo Glass product series and discuss your packaging requirements with our team.
How do I arrange payment and contact your team?
Payment methods and terms are confirmed in the project quotation and contract. The existing options listed by our team include T/T, L/C, Western Union and PayPal; confirm which option applies to your order.
