Browse Spirits Bottles by Capacity
Choose a listed range to view current catalog models. Capacity is a starting point; confirm the fill volume, dimensions, bottle weight, neck finish and closure against the drawing and approved sample before ordering.
- 250 ml glass bottles — compact spirits and gift formats.
- 375 ml glass bottles — half-size retail and tasting formats.
- 500 ml glass bottles — spirits and beverage packaging.
- 700 ml glass bottles — a widely used spirits format.
- 750 ml glass bottles — a common export and retail format.
- 1000 ml glass bottles — larger retail and food-service formats.
Need a miniature bottle around 50 ml, a larger format such as 1.5 L, or another custom capacity? Send us the target capacity or drawing. Custom capacities are assessed against the bottle design, production method, closure and order quantity; they are not all standard-stock items.

Choose the Manufacturing Series
RS Glass and Jingbo Glass are separate manufacturing series with different bottle ranges and quality requirements. Tell us the target appearance, glass color, bottle weight, bottom thickness, finish, destination market and budget so we can recommend the suitable series and verify the production documents for that factory.
Custom Bottle and Packaging Options
Projects can include bottle shape and capacity development, crystal-white or high-white glass options, embossing, frosting, spraying, electroplating, decals, screen printing, hot stamping, corks and screw caps. The suitable glass and decoration depend on the target appearance, filling line, closure and order quantity. Review the glass bottle production process before sending a specification.
Factory Certifications and Test Reports
Certification documents belong to a named legal entity and apply only to the stated scope and validity period. RS Glass and Jingbo Glass are separate manufacturing entities, so the certificate and test reports should match the factory selected for your order.
RS Glass — Shandong Yuncheng Ruisheng Glass Co., Ltd.
The posted ISO 9001:2015 certificate covers production of daily glass products, including glass bottles, spraying and printing. It lists validity through 26 June 2028. View the ISO 9001:2015 certificate (PDF).
Ruisheng’s official compliance page also presents ISO 22000:2018, ISO 14001:2015, a GRS 4.0 scope certificate, and test reports covering heavy-metal limits, PFAS, US FDA/California Proposition 65, and EU food-contact requirements. Review the certificates and test reports on the Ruisheng English site. Ask us to confirm the named certificate holder, current validity, product scope and destination-specific report for your project. The posted GRS scope certificate lists validity through 12 November 2026; confirm renewal before relying on a current GRS claim, and request a transaction certificate for any shipment sold as GRS-certified.
Jingbo Glass — Shandong Jingbo Glass Co., Ltd.
Jingbo’s English certificate page states that its plants are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and that products have SGS-approved tests. View Jingbo’s company certificate page. For an order review, request the current certificate and the SGS report applicable to the selected bottle and production entity.
A management-system certificate does not by itself certify every finished bottle or shipment. We can identify the relevant documents by factory, product, process and destination market; buyers should verify the issue date, validity, scope and batch records before making a market-compliance claim.
From Bottle Brief to Shipment
For a custom project, the working sequence is: confirm the target use and bottle brief → select or develop the shape and mould → review a sample → approve the specification and closure → schedule mass production and decoration → confirm inspection and export packing. The quotation depends on the final drawing or reference sample, order quantity, decoration, packing and shipping plan.
Anonymized Bottle-Development Example
In an anonymized spirits-bottle development discussion, the brand liked a selected 700 ml shape but wanted the liquid level to sit higher against a marked fill line. The review focused on measured fill volume and internal geometry before the next drawing and sample. Customer, market, brand and commercial details are withheld. This was a design discussion, not a repeat order or completed sale.
For a fill-line revision, verify the target capacity, measured volume at the mark, bottle geometry, required headspace and filling-line requirements before changing the drawing or approving another sample. Read the anonymized fill-line and capacity review.
For a project review, share the bottle capacity, drawing or reference image, glass color, weight target, neck finish, closure, decoration, order quantity and destination country. We will confirm the suitable series, sample plan, MOQ, lead time and export packing.
