I need a small first order. Should I choose stock or a custom bottle?
Start by checking a suitable existing design unless an exclusive shape is essential to your launch. This can reduce new bottle-tooling work. Confirm whether the supplier has finished stock or only an existing mold; the latter still requires a production run.
For example, a brand seeking a 750ml bottle with a printed logo should request separate prices for available undecorated bottles, the printing run and the matching closure. Do not assume the decoration has the same minimum quantity as the bottle.
What is the MOQ for RS Glass and Jingbo Glass?
MOQ is confirmed for the selected model, factory series and decoration. Our published FAQ provides guidance of 10,000 pieces for an existing mold and 20,000 pieces for a new mold. Confirm current availability and the applicable minimum in your quotation. If your quantity is below the production minimum, ask whether a suitable stock alternative is available; availability is not guaranteed.
Can I create a premium look without developing a new shape?
Yes, an appropriate existing bottle can be combined with a distinctive closure, label or decoration. Review clarity, base profile, shoulder shape and label area together. In our experience, agreeing the neck finish and an available closure early avoids unnecessary accessory development.
Request a decorated sample. A digital mockup shows the design intent, but it does not confirm actual glass color, print appearance or stopper fit.
Can I mix several bottle sizes to meet one MOQ?
Ask the supplier; do not assume quantities from different molds or decoration jobs can be combined. A 700ml bottle and a miniature bottle may require different production arrangements. State each SKU and quantity so the supplier can confirm separate minimums, packing and scheduling.
What should I approve before ordering?
Approve the drawing, physical sample, closure and decoration before bulk production. Check the bottle with your filling and labeling process. Confirm sample charges, mold costs if any, cartons, inspection criteria and the named shipping term in writing.

State your spirit category, target capacity, reference image, first-order quantity, repeat-volume expectation and destination. Explain which features are essential and which can change to meet your budget. This gives the supplier a practical brief rather than an unexplained request for its lowest price.
